So how about some story sharing?
I can remember having some good belly laughs at the games glitches. Like when the door to SCP-173's container didn't open and I was shot. Though technically if it never opened there would never be an containment breach. Logic. Secondly, I remember D-Class stacking themselves up on a table to the roof...

Dr. Gears's Surgery Was A Success!

Thanks to the overwhelming support and donations from the SCP Community, Dr. Gears has undergone surgery. To quote the GoFundMe update:
He's out of surgery! The procedure went without complications. It did take longer than they were expecting but the doctor wanted to take her time. Samples were taken to be tested, and we should know the results and have an idea of any further steps that we'll need to take. Thank you again! Thank you for your prayers, thoughts, well wishes, and your support! It means so very much to us!

Dr. Gears has cancer.
Dr. Gears, one of the most famous writers for the SCP Wiki, has recently contracted Stage I cancer. He is the author of some of the most famous SCPs on the site, including SCP-682, SCP-882, SCP-053, SCP-914, and SCP-184, and was one of the largest driving factors of the site. He has a family of six — himself, his wife, and his four kids (two of whom have autism) — and he has described his current income status as "poor." He doesn't need a lot for the operation (relatively), but they aren't able to afford it without sacrificing a lot.
